Returns Policy

Boon Candle Company offer a no hassle money back guarantee within 14 days of receipt. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us.

We will process your return as soon as possible after we have received your returned goods. During busy periods this may take up to 2 weeks.

Please note that Boon Candle Company is not able to refund postage charges unless you are returning faulty goods. Please ensure that you get proof of postage from the post office.

In order to receive a refund please ensure that the products are returned in their original, unopened and unused condition.

If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days with a photo in order for a replacement to be sent out. We will then send you a returns label to return the damaged item.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, Boon Candle Company is only able to offer local collection from Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.
